Safety-database consulting
Specialist advice on the systems and workflows used to manage drug-safety data and support pharmacovigilance operations.
A track record of building specialist technology and consulting businesses for a global industry. Now applying that same discipline to the next generation of technology products.
Nexvia’s story is rooted in building useful things, doing the hard work well, and taking responsibility for the outcome.
Nexvia Partners LLP was formerly Prudentia Management and Technology Consulting LLP, founded by Pushpendra Kumar in 2012. Prudentia grew into a specialist technology and consulting firm focused on drug safety and pharmacovigilance, supporting pharmaceutical companies around the world.
Over the years, the business developed deep operational knowledge, technology capabilities and software products designed for the practical demands of the industry.
Following the 2025 acquisition of the business, Nexvia is looking ahead. The next chapter is focused on incubating technology products that address everyday problems at scale—combining clear thinking, careful execution and long-term ownership.
The experience behind Nexvia was shaped by helping teams manage complex, highly regulated processes with care and consistency.
Specialist advice on the systems and workflows used to manage drug-safety data and support pharmacovigilance operations.
Operational support designed to work as an extension of client teams, with an emphasis on reliability, quality and execution.
Experience with MedDRA and WHODrug coding—the standardised dictionaries used across drug-safety and medicines information workflows.
The Prudentia journey included the development and production use of software products created to support specialist pharmacovigilance work.
Nexvia is incubating its next venture. The ambition is straightforward: identify meaningful problems, build thoughtful solutions, and operate them with the same care used to build the business before.
A new chapter, grounded in experience—and open to possibility.
